Umm, didn’t the witness say she was the one hitting him?
This fact doesn’t mean anything that he did later was ok, but it doesn’t absolve her also from being physically abusive.

Damn I like some of his interviews, but it’s crazy to me how he’ll tell the person he’s interviewing what happened and what they did wrong and what they should’ve done

This guy is the worst interviewer. We already know Brian’s a murderer. He seems to be trying to make Gabby out to be an abuser too.

I had an abusive ex who broke my phone several times. You don’t tell your family because that’s it. Once you do, your family expects it’s over. You keep quiet hoping it doesn’t escalate but it always slowly does. I had a friend 7 time shoved away backing up everything in case he broke my phone again (he did). Sometimes it’s easier to have that distance until you’re ready to speak up. You’re looking for an out that doesn’t hurt the other person. Eventually, it gets bad enough that you have to decide that protecting yourself will hurt the other person and it’s not your fault.

You don’t know what else the cops could’ve done…? Ok. That’s wild.
    A) not use their own personal relationship experience and bitterness toward an ex as a guide in determining who to believe and state as much on camera.
    B) Rely on the witness testimony instead of assuming the SOBBING girl is just crazy rather than being afraid of her abuser
    C) Not offer Brian Gabby’s van

I’m sure there’s plenty more. WTH.

yeah you are a terrible interviewer for this topic. 3rd party account saw the domestic abuse out side of them. and the assumption “pretty people don’t do this” is horrid.

When Brian sped up if i was the cop it looked like he was taunting her her like he’s not gonna stop , so she panics grabs the wheel but the cop didn’t see that .

My parents both remarried and I saw my mom and her husband call each other the most horrible names. They had such a toxic relationship that I thought I would one day get a call that one of them had killed the other but she took care of him until the day he died at 92 so you just can’t predict this stuff.
