I retired from the medical field though I’m not a doctor. As an administrator I saw many inappropriate behaviors between medical staff and wondered what kind of care the patients were getting (or not getting). Some of those doctors were married 3 or 4 times! Alimony out the wazoo, lawsuits from families of patients who died, phone calls from screaming exes, etc. On paper, medical care looks good. Behind the scenes, it’s shocking.
