Scene at 1:14:00 instead of making a vague comment either supporting or criticizing the movie; let’s get specific. Black women see independence from Black men as working for racists. I thought the writer was great to put the two situations in a carch-22 Work for a racist and be free from what she imagined as her mama fate, or work for her boyfriend where her future is unknown? Black women have let outside voices ruin them. They used to be the best people in society, then came the exodus from church, listening to white women, worshipping jobs over everything. This movie addresses all that but gives no solutions.
She going to call the delivery woman a bitch n try to kill her n she didn’t know she was knottn the boots with her boyfriend what wrong with blks women she should’ve called her man a bitch n try to kill him n she should’ve been glad bcuz the delivery woman call him out bcuz if he do it with the delivery woman he doing it with others women…. blks women get the ones tht cause u problem not the ones tht tell u about them.
