Judges getting paid ,follow the money. Not to mention uses throws out mail . Make the ballots mailed with neither dem or Republicans on mail.
There is absolutely no Constitution violation about how to prevent voter fraud. It has nothing about mail in ballots. It has to things about voting. You must be a citizen and states execute the voter collection. This last part has incorrectly been extrapolated that states get to determine validity without any accountability and responsibility to the Federal government. This is completely false.
SCOTUS to judge: “Read our lips…you’re in contempt and will be held in a jail cell until you comply.”
They put barcodes. It means they don’t know who voted for who. On top of releasing people’s PII data to the voting system company. Doesn’t sound like it’s gonna be a fair election.
(Federal law strictly prohibits non-citizens from voting in federal elections. Under 18 U.S. Code § 611.) When States allow non-citizens to vote, they are breaking a U.S. Federal Election Law. Our Federal government has the authority to assure that election laws are followed. They can take whatever steps are necessary to remedy the situation. The Federal Election Commission (FEC) handles civil violations, while the Department of Justice (DOJ) prosecutes criminal offenses. The Supreme Court would agree.

Hmmm I wonder why this was never an issue until 2020? Maybe because our dear leader is a sore loser, I mean he acts like a toddler when he is told no.
