I just saw something very distinct after watching this. I paused the video everytime it shows his face. Look under his eyebrows. He appears to be a man who is at least 50s-60s. And also the way he moves is 100% consistent to an older man.
I hope they noticed that this person has trouble using he’s left hand !!!

He was clearly talking to someone who was hiding from the camera view. Look at how he crouches and tilts his head to look over to his right. He also picked up the flowers but as he did , he made a motion with his hand.
I think this person wasnt the one who did it. I think this was meant to be seen, as a distraction. I think everything that went down is going down inside the house as this guy is outside.
