Romo reminded me of Luis “King Blood” Felipe, the Latin Kings leader in New York City who sent letters from prison to order a series of murders in the early 1990’s. Eventually the NYPD, FBI, NYSP, & NYDOC figured out what TOS stood for- Terminate On Sight. Since the late 1990’s, he’s been staying at the Supermax in Florence, CO. The only person he can have any contact with at all is his attorney.
Why wasn’t Romo immediately sent to ADX Florence instead of staying in a CA state prison?
