Patsy was judged harshly because she appeared sedated or high in interviews on tv. She might have been medically sedated by a doctor, but it still gave the appearance of someone drugged during one of the most important media moments of their lives. Also, if she feared that her son was also in danger, why take drugs that could prevent you from watching him to the best of your abilities?

There is one theory that makes everything make sense and it’s that the cops are covering this up. We will never find out in our lifetime.

John: there’s so much fiction out there, yeah a staged ransom note, staged scene….
John just assumes Burke would of said something…. But did you even wake him up and be like Burke did you see or hear something? Anything?! Nah we just leave Burke sleeping.. and don’t even ask….patsy; keep your babies close, there is a killer out there….proceeds to leave Burke alone in his room & then sends him to friends house? Everyone else can keep their babies close but Burke, nah? 😮

John Ramsey: a successful business man, doesn’t remember who he sent to the bank to get the money?! And is so stupid he thinks he can just send a random “friend” whom he doesn’t even remember who it was withdraw the cash ransom and thinks the bank is just gonna hand the money to this “random person”?!
    Like wtf?!
John: the money meant something to somebody? The only person that money meant to someone was to John bc it was HIS BONUS.

My observations of the ransom note:
Patsy says the note was found “neatly” on the stairs, the spiral stairs she uses every morning. Good thing the killer knew that or the note would be missed!
John, when asked if the handwriting in the note looks like Patsy’s , he says no bc she writes “neatly”
The good ole Ramsey’s observe themselves as “neatly” types. So that’s real nice of the ransom note writer to lay it out “neatly”
The ransom note itself: the writer doesn’t use profanity, when asking Patsy about that she says “oh I didn’t even think of that”
The writer begins misspelling business & possessions, but then accurately spells: deviation, adequate, attaché, deceive, execution, foreign, counter measures….
Interesting to me that the writer props up & is thoughtful of John: we respect your business, be well rested, (indeed he was he took a melatonin that night which he normally doesn’t), the two “gentlemen” (the same gentlemen that threatened to behead your child?) they don’t particularly like you, (phew! At least they don’t hate him), John might talk to a stray dog (lol), 99% chance of killing your daughter, (not 100% chance, 1% chance you can save her), don’t try to grow a brain John, good ole common sense, he’s a fat cat! It is up to you now John! You and your family are under constant scrutiny, (only important people are under constant scrutiny)

Interesting that the note begins with a “group” of individuals, but then refers to TWO people…..the constant mention of “WE” in the note. Patsy “WE have a kidnapping!” On the 911 call.
An adequate size attaché? For 118k, 100k in 100’s, 18k in 20’s, what size is adequate for those stacks of money, perhaps a suitcase like the one in the basement? Perhaps an attaché that would fit a small child? And then transfer to a brown paper bag? Did the Ramsey’s have brown paper bags? Or was he supposed to stop and get one?
Ramsey sends a friend to the bank to get the money? Is he that stupid he doesn’t know you can’t send someone else to get that amount of money from the bank? Or did he send someone else bc he knew he didn’t actually “need” the money? Pretty big risk, since the two gentlemen are watching his every move, and specifically told him not to deviate from the instructions. What does he do? Deviates from all the instructions. The note says “Listen carefully!” What does John do? Not listen carefully, follow the instructions and utilize his 1% chance of saving his precious daughter. Why? Bc he knew he wasn’t able to save her.
The thing the Ramsey’s didn’t ever mention, is after they found her body deceased, did they not think OMG we deviated from the ransom note, didn’t listen carefully, called the authorities, John didn’t go to the bank to get the money, and the killers were “watching” them and now she’s dead in the basement.

🚩Two people mentioned in the ransom note: the two gentlemen watching them…..John & Patsy say TWO people know what happened, the killer and someone they confided in, but….the ransom note says the two gentlemen watching them….so that’s TWO people that for sure know. The TWO gentlemen watching them….The group of individuals that represented the small foreign faction. But to John and Patsy only two people know, the killer and the person they confided in? What happened to the two gentlemen watching them and the group of individuals with the small foreign faction?!
