I’m glad they finally mentioned pets at the end. Also I had a tick on me once, it was on the back of my neck and I hadn’t felt it the whole time, very creepy.
Thank you for this interview- I pulled a tick off of my scalp (didn’t know what it was) 1) it wasn’t easy to dislodge 2) it bled like crazy. Now if I find one I feel more confident in removing it correctly 🎉🎉🎉
Ticks are not beautiful.

As charming an interview as I’ve seen in ages!! A curious mind like Costa’s, able to see the beauty and fascination in weird little creatures like ticks, is exactly who I want picking our interview guests;P
Fun fact: As a kid growing up in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, my brother found a tick in the back yard and put it in a jar. A year later he discovered the jar in the garage and -true story, the tick was still alive! I still remember how unbelievable this seemed at the time and had I not seen it with my own two eyes I would never have believed this possible.
