Arielle Konig, the alleged victim, testified against her husband, Gerhardt, on Tuesday. She discussed messages she sent to a male coworker, revealing she was having an “emotional affair.” Prosecutors say this alleged relationship prompted Gerhardt to push her toward a cliff, try to inject her with a syringe, and strike her repeatedly with a lava rock.

    Is the lawyer for the defendant getting paid to represent him?? He’s doing a really shitty job. Why is he not trying to convince the jury that he didn’t do it. Instead, he’s trying to find excuses for his actions. Attempted murder= Guilty
    Affair= who cares

    She lived in hell. She wasn’t allowed to breath. No wonder she had an affair. I’m sorry his ego was hit but put on your big boy pants. Play nice with yhe other children. Just because she had a good time without you doesn’t give you yhe right to try and kill her. It’s an open and shut case. She was rescued by 2 women who seen him try to kill her. Why is there even a trial??

    tipical lawyer; trying to make murder legal because the victim was having a talking affair. NO justification in murder ❗

    En pleno 2026 ver este interrogatorio es ver y recordar los antiguos juicios de acusaciones a mujeres por el motivo que invocara el señor feudal.
    Es un descriterio este interrogatorio. Antes un juez tenía que ser testigo directo de una infidelidad. Hoy no es por moral, ni ética, ni juramento matrimonial, es para etiquetar el divorcio “culposo o no culposo” , busca la ganancia patrimonial.

    NINGUÉM TEM O DIREITO OU RAZÃO DE TIRAR A VIDA DE NINGUÉM.
    MAS POR FAVOR, SE TIVER COM PROBLEMAS CONJUGAIS, OU DE RELACIONAMENTO, CONVERSE COM A PRSSOA MAIS INTERESSADA….O CÔNJUGE.
    SE NÃO ADIANTAR, SEPARE E PRONTO.

    Muito estranha ( para dizer 9 mínimo) a abordagem da defesa em relação a vítima. Como se esta exposição toda pudesse justificar a tentativa de homicídio. Creio que no Brasil, essa abordagem não tenha respaldo paraseguir dentro de um julgamento. Um absurdo!
