Same so did I …the finale was kinda dissapointing to be honest a few good bit but overhyped
@Carbine_Alloy yeah agreed, there where many amazing scenes but there where also a lot of plot holes it was like 7/10, not great but pretty good
Had a few cool bits but …could have done better for a finale …its a shame O well lol
I like how the “Ruby and her parents were perfectly normal” twist overturned expectations. “What do you mean she isn’t the Goddess of Stories or something?” She doesn’t need to be.

I don’t think that’s the case. Nothing makes sense and is too convenient. I think Mrs Flood is behind manipulating Ruby, orchestrating a fairytale ending to keep her ignorant of rhe truth. She even spoke of the Doctor’s story coming to end.
I recon she’s some kind of god of fiction or stories. Notice how almost every episode had a fairytale element to it. There’s a story arc hikden underneath the Sutekh arc.

What 15 year old walks around in a big hooded cloak and dramatically points to a road sign that nobody else is there to see. It all looks exaggerated, like a fantastical story.
I don’t believe Ruby’s parents are ordinary. Ruby makes it snow, she has a song inside her, something happened two her in that 73 yards timeline. There’s too much going on for what we’re currently left with to be it and that’s all we get.
