I’d actually love to see another Doctor/Master dynamic like this on the show, the whole “I’m such a psycho” and screaming their head off thing needs a rest now, let’s have a master who’s cunning and calm and always up to something, and also it’s always nice to be reminded that they were and in a way still are, friends.
Did you watch Michelle Gomez’s tenure as the Master? I think that might be what you’re looking for. Especially in season 9 episode 1.
@internetstranger5112true, maybe I worded it wrong, I’d just like to see the next master be a bit more cold and methodical and not so off the wall crazy. If not Delgado-esque then perhaps more like Jacobi’s performance in big finish
