After Tanner Horner abducted and killed 7-year-old Athena Strand in his work van, he was seen on video heading back to drop off the truck. Before he went home, the video from the van showed him shoving clothing into his backpack. Investigators confirmed that he put her underwear and pants in the backpack, which were later found at his home.
