Disneyland is facing legal action over members of its staff’s alleged treatment of a disabled woman.

In court documents obtained by PEOPLE, the daughters of 66-year-old Joanne Aguilar accuse park employees of laughing at their mother moments before she was injured exiting a ride. According to the complaint, she died five months later after contracting an infection — leading to septic shock — during her recovery.

Why do you not show photos of the lady? She was morbidly obese and insisted on going on the non-accessible boat when told the boat that could accommodate her wheelchair was not available. Her weight no doubt contributed to her fall, the fracture, and the sepsis. All relevant to the lawsuit.

Okay not only Disney employees that are human traffickers and child predators but making fun of their guests?! Unacceptable and they don’t even care if the guests get injured or killed! No wonder Universal Studios and Six Flags are better theme parks and at least those employees are very well respectful and helpful! Screw Disney no wonder that awful theme park lost all its magic long ago!

The Happiest Place on Earth! They’re woke and as heartless like everyone left of the aisle.

I had a planned vacation to Maui with my son and blew my knee out just before the trip. Determined to go parasailing, we did it anyway. I walked slowly and borded the Zodiak tender from the beach trying not to limp too bad. When the Zodiak tender got to the speedboat, I told the deck hand I had a torn meniscus and needed a hand boarding. He shook his head and I said “Next swell I’m coming aboard! The tender bobbed up, the deck hand extended his hand which I grabbed stepped on board. “The deck hand said “Nice job.” I told the Captain I knew my limitations and my son and I could land on 3 legs. He said “I know you’re not a sissy coming out here in pain like that, but you’re getting a sissy landing on your butts on deck anyway!” We did the high parasail and had a great time, they winched is in and we landed smoothly on our butts like setting into an easy chair. I tipped the crew well for being so accommodating. That’s service.

She should’ve known better to never get on the boat and the workers also shouldn’t have let her. This was completely avoidable on both sides

so she injured herself twice and got an infection, leading to sepsis a few months or so later. (How is it the staff’s fault?) Now the family is trying to squeeze out as much money as possible. And For what? They didn’t do anything wrong; this lady and her family did. She should have known better.
