Dennis grew up on mushroom farms in China, Vietnam, Bosnia & Herzegovina, United States & Canada.
Today he is a second generation Mushroom farmer, a Fungite, a Shroomster, making our planet healthier one bite at a time.
He believes our refrigerator should be our medicine cabinet and that health begins when we add Mushrooms to every meal.
He believes there is a direct correlation between the high Vitamin D deficiencies across our planet and the fact that we do not consume enough Mushrooms.
He is on a mission to change that and assure we have access to quality exotic and wild mushrooms for our foodies as we build a community of like minded individuals that believe that our food is our medicine.
