Yet, the Department Obstructing Justice REFUSES to do anything about the Police Protection Rackets in the USA since the early 2010’s. I have been a victim of Police Protection Rackets in Oceanside, CA for four years from 2014 and then Montezuma County, Colorado for four years until 2022 although my son-in-law was Long Beach PD. I have been a victim of police protection rackets in Gardiner, Maine since 10/2022 although my son-in-law is now Department of Homeland Security. The whole 12 years my son-in-law was USMC military police. My son is USMC military police. Yet the DOJ REFUSES to do anything on the Police Protection Rackets although they are known to cause mass shooting like the Robert Card mass shooting because the DOJ wants to TAKE. Not only is there no evidence the public derives any benefit from civil asset forfeiture but it is detrimental to the safety of the public as the Police run Fake Vice Investigation Protection Rackets and encourage crimes against homeowners. I have NOT had any Constitutional Rights since 2014 when a black corrupt cop from Oceanside, CA googled my name and started sending black thugs out to attack me. After stalking me for nine years, five years after I moved out of State of California the Black Psychopath was finally fired but he continues to remotely stalk me, send out black thugs, broadcast in terrorist threats and haranguing demands for wealth and attack me with microwave weapons in Maine remotely from San Diego, County, CA. American Police are Predators with illegally installed surveillance equipment in my real estate and vehicles, surveillance equipment and directional loudspeakers in the community (The Predatory Broadcasting System) and microwave weapons. The LAZI (local socialist) Police get random dumbasses to do their “yapping and zapping” and be there “Flying Monkey” and solicit murder from their illegally installed tracking device with the signal put in the public domain in a geolocation APP. The LAZI Police are too lazy to Enforce Laws and too lazy to run their own protection rackets. I have watched “The $500 Million Law Enforcement Show” for over 12 years and have not seen one law enforced. There is not much money amassed from drug dealing so the LAZI Police go after law abiding citizens for being homeowners instead. LAZI Police encourage crime in their own jurisdiction against homeowners and do not stay in their own jurisdiction or State. Oceanside PD was reaching into Montezuma County, Colorado on their “Homeless Outreach” although there is no oceanfront in Colorado. Why would the Police not run protection rackets when no one does anything about the police protection rackets? The City Attorneys treat the police protection rackets like harassment because companies and governments mostly stopped loosing harassment lawsuits by the 1990’s by scolding their employees to stop and documenting they were scolded with no consequences for continuing. I put in a claim of $25 million with the DOJ for violating my 14th Amendment Rights to Equal Protection.

I remember the huge reception that Merritt Garland received. Unfortunately, he let the side down by being far too cautious. I wonder how he feels about things now. No interviews since leaving office I notice.
