Us women can never be too safe . There are way too many creeps / dangerous men out there . And we have to be on guard 24/7 always .
That should be a life sentence .
These judges are why most of these criminals do what they do. They make sure the criminals know that consequences will be minimal at best. People get more time for falsifying taxes than for violent crimes. ALL forms of violence should be met with extreme consequences the FIRST time. There should never be the phrase “repeat offender”. If there is a repeat offender is it because a judge has permitted it. Period.
Um I’m sorry, but 13 years in jail….? For THAT?! I’m appalled. Just because she survived doesn’t make it any less of a savage attack.
