After the death of her fiancé Paul, psychotherapist Dr. Celeste Dupont takes on a new job at the Milburn Institute in upstate New York. The clinic is run by Dr. Quilley, who refers to his patients as “guests” and follows the principle “You are who you think you are.” But when Celeste notices that she is treated as a “guest” as well, she realizes she might be trapped. The charming Dr. Desmond Moore almost succeeds in convincing her to accept she is a patient. After all, the fact that she forgot all the details about her fiancé’s death is indicative that she still has certain issues to solve. Paul did not die in accident, he says, presenting her with a newspaper clipping … it was suicide. Then, one of Celeste’s favorite patients tells her a secret: Quilley is an impostor. The real Quilley was murdered and buried in the cellar. Celeste starts her own investigations, but before she can begin to lose her mind, she learns a shocking truth…

1:21:47 I am surprised they got the police there and they were not just told to go take their medication when they called lol. Earlier they would not come when she tried to call them. Now that would have been a real twisted ending if they had to just figure it all out because the police still did not believe anything was going on and that could have been the final scene – the cop over the phone saying now now it’s going to be okay take your medicine and talk to the doctors and they would all be just smiling watching her make the call and one would take the phone and say to the police I apologize for the disturbance officer we’ve got this from here and then hangs up!!!! Then roll credits after she screams because she is about to get clubbed.
