It’s important to address Kmele’s affiliations too: he works in libertarian media. Writes for Reason Magazine sometimes too. This isn’t your avg Black Democrat speaking which is likely the sheen that CNN is trying to give him.

I had never considered that its not only bc of the bipartisan distaste for anti-corporation politics that makes mainstream media be so vicious against Hasan, no, it occurs to me that they have a personal stake in this too, seeing as how he’s literally their competition in an ecosystem that’s ever so slightly evolving away from them and towards people like Hasan

Remember when journalists used to ask subjects if they would like to comment on their coverage of them?
It is far more useful for them to speak around Hasan than to him.

One thing that conservatives and liberals both do that drives me insane is this knee-jerk assumptiom that every part of one side of politics must have an exact counterpart on the other. So they look at someone as wretched as Fuentes and ask themselves, “who is the left’s version of this guy?” There’s nobody, but that upsets their sense of balance, so they say it must be Hasan. If the right has someone that evil on their side, the left must too. And it works inversely too. They’ll also say BECAUSE Hasan isn’t that bad (or bad at all), his “counterpart” maybe isn’t that bad, either. Braindead, childlike, superficial thinking.

They should always rebuke with “Have you even watched 1 full Hasan stream, or just clips of Hasan?” and go with the argument from there

CNN is an AIPAC affiliate, just like the Democrats establishment. Both republicans and democrats establishment are Israeli first tools.

There is a progressive ideology that is more like an alliance with Zionism that you don’t agree with. I think they have a problem with you. But they like to hide it under their moral banner. If you never talked about Israel and had a different name, you might consider as progressive idol. They might worship you.
