Most people can mod their to make noise
Only the ones with enough space to fit sound, for me that’s only the War Doctor’s.
Really cool sonics but now the confusing thing is why put sound only in the last one and not the others ????? 😕
I explain it in the full video, but the War Doctor one is from an earlier RB run that had space for electronics. The newer ones he makes now don’t, the rod runs all the way down so there’s no room for electronics 😎
