It’s beautiful the series still gets love even after decades. That’s the magic of Doctor Who. It may always be evolving but the originals are still there if you want to watch. And when you’ve watched all of that there’s people still making stories with those originals.

I can watch, listen (in the case of the as yet missing episodes that are yet to be animated, plus ‘The Celestial Toymaker’ and also the parts of missing episodes that were left out of the animations) and pour over (in the case of the Telesnaps and other photos and images) over and over again and never get bored of them.
Everything about it such as the moral decency of the Doctor has his companions have, the posh BBC English accents that almost all of the characters that we see/hear on the show have, I even enjoy some of the SFX that the makers made with their tiny budgets and limited time (or, in the case of when they were shooting in Lime Grove Studio D, the limited space that they had to work with) just simply shines so brightly on this wonderful body of work.
Also I have found that most of the actors, directors and all of the other people who worked on the show seem to be much nicer people than a lot of the people who work on the show nowadays, as one gets the sense that they really care about making a programme that would aid in help children into becoming moral and just adults. 😊
They were even a lot more open minded than the current production time with regards to matters of faith, yes on the whole they weren’t actually going round directly preaching the Word of God, but never, ever did they directly attack any of the currently active Religions, if a writer wanted to attack a faith it was always a fictional faith (such as the one seen in ‘The Face of Evil’ among others), or a faith that was by then dead (eg Greek or Roman faiths) purely due to the fact that they didn’t want to offend fans.❤
Which is a lot more than what I can say about the current production teams….😢
The Classic Series, has a very unique charm to it that’ll never be duplicated because it will never, ever be possible for any TV or Movie studios to do so as we now live in a more sinful world😢
