As testimony continues in the Track Meet Tragedy trial, Court TV’s Cody Thomas reports from inside the courthouse, where jurors have been shown multiple surveillance videos of the fatal incident. Thomas also noted that the jury in the closely watched case does not include any Black jurors. Karmelo Anthony is charged with murder in the stabbing death of 17-year-old Austin Metcalf, who was killed during an altercation at a high school track meet in Frisco, Texas.

There’s a bias AGAINST african americans? What a joke when we have “people of a certain ethnicity” comminting 47 felonies, free on the street, and killing people in cold blood when they should have been locked up long ago. More cases keep coming forward every day, and yet we keep pushing this blatant lie of a narrative.

I saw a report that said there were thirty-three eye witnesses. That to me discounts any self defense claim. There were many people around. Carmelo could have easily ran away if he felt his life was in danger. But he chose to stab someone in the chest. So he deserves decades in prison at the least.
WOW young black man with a weapon. It’s time the public fights back. Why was he allowed to have a weapon. Looks like he was looking for trouble. Can’t wait till the verdict and sentencing is out. Another felony by young black man.
