I remember the last time I saw Uncle Charlie in concert live, at the Township Auditorium, in Columbia, SC. He was explaining to us that he loved us just that much, because he had just had two knee surgeries. He tried his best to perform like he was used to doing, but thanks to all of those young people on stage with him . They went back stage to get him a chair, a stool, or a sit down at the piano. We knew that he was getting slower, but regardless Uncle Charlie we will always love you no matter what. I love this interview so much. Thank you .
