The apartment complex didn’t have security? Cameras but no one noticed he was lurking around that many hours with no access to the elevators? The door / emergency exit didn’t have an alarm? What in the world!!!!! 😢

The design of the elevator the way the elevator lets you off to your apartment’s entryway, not knowing who’s in the elevator with you, is a death trap!
