Tomasz Kosowski, representing himself at his murder trial, sarcastically pushed back over his limited ability to view certain evidence from jail. Kosowski is charged with first-degree murder in the disappearance and alleged killing of Largo attorney Steven Cozzi, whose body has never been found. When prosecutors introduced a PowerPoint presentation, Kosowski objected, saying, “I haven’t seen any PowerPoints at all. Former “American Idol” contestant Caleb Flynn appeared in court Monday for a hearing ahead of his upcoming murder trial over the alleged killing of his wife, Ashley Flynn. The defense argued that allowing members of Ashley’s family to remain in court could influence their testimony, while prosecutors said Marsy’s Law gives the victim’s parents, sister and brother-in-law protections to attend the proceedings.
