Day three of testimony in Caleb Flynn’s murder trial included evidence involving his alleged mistress. Ashley Flynn’s sister Kayla Keyt testified about how Ashley’s two daughters reacted after learning their father, Caleb Flynn, had an affair with a woman he worked with. Former “American Idol” contestant Caleb Flynn is set to face trial in Ohio over the alleged murder of his wife, Ashley Flynn. Flynn has pleaded not guilty to aggravated murder, murder, felonious assault, tampering with evidence and witness intimidation after Ashley was found shot to death inside their Tipp City home in February. Prosecutors allege Flynn staged the scene to look like a home invasion and initially told police an intruder had shot his wife.
