Former “American Idol” contestant Caleb Flynn is set to face trial in Ohio over the alleged murder of his wife, Ashley Flynn. Flynn has pleaded not guilty to aggravated murder, murder, felonious assault, tampering with evidence and witness intimidation after Ashley was found shot to death inside their Tipp City home in February. Prosecutors allege Flynn staged the scene to look like a home invasion and initially told police an intruder had shot his wife. Dr. Tomasz Kosowski is set to stand trial beginning September 14 in the disappearance and alleged killing of Largo attorney Steven Cozzi, whose body has never been found.
