I like to think that the Big Bang has happened multiple, countless times. Its so strange to me that we are so close to the beginning of the universe. Its only 14B years old. Considering how long we think the universe lasts, I cant imagine the history of everything is only 14B years. Its such a tiny insignificant number. So I think the universe has expanded and died out and re-banged probably a near infinite amount of times and we are simply one iteration of that.
