Of course he isn’t cleared to return to work you can’t medically clear a corpse. He is dead and they are covering it up until they can get past the special election deadline. This is a blatant attempt to remove the ability of Kentucky citizens to elect a representative.
I guess having dead people return to work with the Republican Party shouldn’t be a surprise to anyone, all they do anyway is ‘rubber stamp’ Trump’s latest aberrations!
Its difficult to get a Medical Clearance when you are a corpse.
