@23’23 The SOURCE of the MJ problem. The legal system was changed in 1994 with the “Chandler Act”, so that a CIVIL trial (just to get money, not caring for real justice) couldn’t occur before the CRIMINAL trial (which would’ve cleaned MJ, as it eventually DID in the 2005 verdict (not guilty of the 10 charges).
