This man only got five years after all the torture he exposed his poor son to I can’t even say son but the victim. No food no water pure darkness in a hot garage with no air conditioning and he was allowed to turn on no control over turning on the light switch and the only time he could go out was to do work in yard with no water, no friends, isolation, physical veatings. The torture of not knowing when the perpetrator is going to come into your cage and beat you. I hope this man Tim rothes I know we only got five years but please serve him Justice in jail
I’m so disappointed with this judge I really liked him in the beginning of the case but then he went soft on him because he grew up with a marine dad. He did not do justice to this poor boy I hope he gets Tracy though and doubles her time
