Robert Brutto, a retired Miami Dade Police Officer, was back on the stand Wednesday morning, and his body-worn camera from the fatal boat crash from September 2022 was played for the court. The video showed the defendant, George Pino, after the boat crash, and some of the teenage girls that he encountered after the incident. Pino is currently on trial for the death of 17-year-old Lucy Fernandez.

There should never be drinking and DRIVING on a boat. That boat was too small for all those people
what is he fighting for, he did it, put the drunk in jail…just looking at him you can see he is very familiar with alcohol and a pos only feels bad for himself
what did these people expect? Everyone was drunk including all the underage girls and all their parents! eventually your luck runs out! they’re all complicite and all guilty of neglect from letting underage girls drink to operating boats under the influence. These elitist privaleged people think laws dont really apply to them because theyre having fun and can afford it, unfortunately the laws are there to protect their lives which they ignored.
