Unless you were forced at gunpoint why in the world would you willingly get on such a small boat knowing there’s that many people on board.

My 36’ boat is rated for two dozen people. I personally wouldn’t want more than 5-6 onboard at any time. More people with less skills/knowledge comes to a higher liability
