George Pino is currently on trial and is charged with vessel homicide and manslaughter in a 2022 boat crash that killed 17-year-old Lucy Fernandez and left another teen permanently disabled in September 2022. Pino took his daughters and some of their friends on a boat ride to celebrate one of their 18th birthdays. Some of the young girls who were on the boat at the time took the stand to describe what they witnessed before and after the boat crashed and killed one of their friends.

And this prosecutor is absolutely abhorrent in so many toddler-tantrum-throwing ways.
All participants on this luxury vessel were alll wealthy/and or well off And lived uncaring self-centered

I am so glad my daughter did NOT grow up in Florida .. where she grew up in Europe they do not have this kind of drink-parties with the parents … this girl being interviewed seems so much older – she looks 40 to me
The man was found not guilty of the charges. No proof of alcohol , making a mistake in judgment is all it was. The girl’s family wants retribution.
Those girls had access to alcohol. That was something in their rich, high brow society that was accessible, obviously. That being said, judge all the parents.
Now let this case go away.
These kids should not of been drinking. They wouldn’t of needed to drink to have a good time. But as far as Lucy her blood was clear. She was 100% sober so its not because she was drunk. My heart breaks for everyone. This guy is going to need therapy to handle what he had done. He has nightmares forsure. I love everyone involved. They are all good people.
