Another theory. Just suppose the criminal had ties to her church. She attended church service online. Viewers of the online service could get insight into her home by seeing her background from time to time. Perhaps her church had something to gain financially if something happened to her. Perhaps she donated large sums of money to her church in support of their events for the community. Perhaps someone from the church actually became familiar with her home because she developed a relationship with them in some way and they visited. Church goers/leadership should not go unsuspected in the investigation.
