Anne Schedeen, known for her starring role as Kate Tanner on the hit ’80s series, ‘ALF,’ has died. She was 77 years old. Prior to her role on ‘ALF,’ Anne had a handful of appearances on shows like ‘Three’s Company’ and ‘Paper Dolls’ opposite Morgan Fairchild and Lloyd Bridges. The actress’ family announced her death on Facebook, sharing in a heartfelt post what they’ll miss most about her. They also ask for donations to Habitat for Humanity, one of Anne’s favorite organizations, in lieu of flowers.

This is very sad to hear! I was ten years old when ALF debuted 40 years ago in 1986. Kate Tanner was a nice mom and boy, was she TOUGH on ALF! Lol
