A Missouri man who allegedly shot a Black teenager who rang the wrong doorbell while trying to pick up his younger siblings has been charged with two felony counts.
Andrew Lester, 84, who is White, has been charged with assault in the first degree and armed criminal action in the Thursday shooting of 16-year-old Ralph Yarl, Clay County Prosecuting Attorney Zachary Thompson said Monday, according to KMBC News.

I like the video how they had to remind us that the man who shot the teenager is white. Like, are we all blind here watching the video?
This makes me so sad. A young man loses his life to a racist gun toting moron. He’s just going to pick up his sister and he goes to the wrong house. I’m sure he was not pounding on the door in a threatening manner. This racist moron saw the color of his skin and that’s all he needed. There was another post about a young woman being killed because of a traffic incident. It just infuriates me that nothing can be done to stop this.
Ralph Yaris HAS NOT died. He is in hospital recovering.
What makes me sad is that a gofundme page has reached over $3 million already. YET Tyre Nichols is at $1.4 million, want to know WHY.
Because Ralph was shot by a white person, and Tyre was killed by 5 black officers.
It ALWAYS grabs more attention and celebs jump in when it’s white on black crimes, but NOT black on black crimes.
There are also NO charges of racism or a hate crime being put on the shooter.
But yeah, he is a racist moron hahaha. Apprently, Ralph was pulling at the door handle trying to get in, so the shooter would have thought someone was BREAKING IN.
