I’m a hair dresser I do this type of thing. It’s a neutral blonde usually. It’s usually heavily highlighted but using baby lights so it’s very natural when growing out but maximum blonding, it takes 2 or 3 times as long as a full head of highlights. Around the face is specific angles and even smaller banylights to give the face a pop of blonde but no harsh lines. After washing off they wet bal the ends to give a brighter appearance

Then the toner isn’t just one shade it’s usually slightly darker at the top of the highlights and brightens up. Even if the top is just one shade darker at the top it looks more expensive. You cannot achieve this at home

They might add in subtle lowlights or a root smudge depending on your skin tone and base colour

Then you finish everything off with a clear gloss for healthy, shiny hair. It’s very hard to get healthy blonde.

And throw in a good cut where every end is trimmed not just the baseline of the hair. Every single end called dusting.

Then deep conditioning treatments/k18/olaplex to keep integrity

Then you get tiny trims every 4-6 weeks.

And rich ladies get their hair blow dried quite regularly! They don’t hang on for one or two big haircuts a year!
