Tomasz Kosowski, representing himself at his murder trial, sarcastically pushed back over his limited ability to view certain evidence from jail. Kosowski is charged with first-degree murder in the disappearance and alleged killing of Largo attorney Steven Cozzi, whose body has never been found. When prosecutors introduced a PowerPoint presentation, Kosowski objected, saying, “I haven’t seen any PowerPoints at all. We just don’t have PowerPoint at the jail.”

It’s still a legitimate concern that people who wish to represent themselves don’t have the proper means to do so while incarcerated. Regardless of your opinion, if we’re supposed to have the constitutional right to represent ourselves then we also need tools and resources that are at least comparable to what opposing counsel has access to.
Why? They know full well they only get paper records in prison.
Injuries on his fingers and knees, yet absolutely no traces of his blood or DNA in the restroom?
On the door though. So, why was he in that building? He wasn’t his lawyer.
Did the agent/ officer mock the surgeon with the slide showing he was listening to “Free as a Bird” by the Beatles when crossing The Tamiami that night? What dod that slide prove? The Surgeon’s sarcasm was in response to absurdity. Watch the whole trial. They are continuously humiliating him. Stick to facts.
pretty sure the doctor is Gay, there is something more to this story than just killing for money. He had money. and not a stupid guy to do all that just for money.
My prediction is that when this arrogant pos goes to prison, (and he will), that within the first 90 days, he’s going to pop off to the wrong person; and, they’ll clean his clock.
