Emma Grace Wright, who was one of three teenagers attacked on the night Kayla Rincon-Miller was shot and killed, takes the stand. Wright said an SUV, which was allegedly driven by defendant Thomas Stein, flashed its high beams at them, and they were then reportedly attacked by the vehicle’s occupants. Wright said that after Stein allegedly shot Rincon-Miller, an accomplice scolded Stein, “Why’d you shoot?” Stein is charged with second-degree murder in connection with Rincon-Miller’s death.

I’m sorry, but this witness’ testimony is all over the place?! She says first to police and then deposition that she didn’t know who shot? Now she recalls at hearing? How can jury, without reasonable doubt, make a conscience verdict? Not taking sides, but somethings off here.
The maximum sentence of Thomas Stein has not much to do with the speach of Emma!
