So disgusting of the children’s father then to have the husband’s father saying & doing disgusting things about his daughter-in-law! What the heck!!?? Did it run in the family or what!!!? Seems like the state didn’t do as much as they could to save the kids. Very sad, very wrong. Gross.
Why wasnt Steve Powell arrested for his part in all of this? Aiding and abetting at the very least. I mean, who believes he genuinely did not know what happened??? I think Steve knew everything. I think that is the truly tragic part. Everyone who knew where Susan is are all dead.
The fact that the boys were calling their mom Susan, rather than mommy or something tells me they were absolutely coached and they were being groomed to dehumanize their mother. The only times I refer to my mom by her first name is when I’m telling someone her name or when I need her attention immediately and she’s not responding to mom. So, that major red flag from a young child.
“We have to respond to life threatening situations first”… Josh proceeds to blow his kids up… that life threatening enough for you??
He poisoned her like a coward then proceeded too put her dead body in the van with her boys and went to dispose of her body with her boys present! The sickening mind of a killer! Vibes of the Watts case! But Watts didn’t take his own life!
I wish there was real justice in this case & that those beautiful boys were still here. It’s a crime the way this case played out! Any parent suspected in the disappearance of another person should at the very minimum have supervised visits in the office! Where they have to go through metal detectors & the kids can be properly protected. Idt they should have contact with the children at all but I know without proof or a conviction they can’t do that.
I pray Susan’s remains will be found someday & she can be laid to rest properly 😔🙏 Bless her & the boy’s souls.
That dispatcher infuriates me! I hope he saw this & felt horrible for the way he treated the situation!
Or better yet, he was fired.

The sister didn’t know her father was a sicko? I would have sound the alarm the minute those children arrived at that house.
But someone made the decision to have visitation at the house of a suspected murder, who just lost custody? should have taken place at the court house.
You never let the foster child enter a supervised visit dwelling first before you as a CPS worker. You clear the area first. Poor babies.
