A man and his dog are rescued from boat during Hurricane Helene

The United States Coast Guard Southeast released a video on Friday (September 27) showing a man and his dog being rescued by helicopter from a sailboat as hurricane Helene lashed the Florida coast. The location and the date when the video was filmed could not be independently verified.
