Wao! I’m 50, started to learn swimming at 45.5 and then added skating, learning to ride a bike and I do yoga through YouTube which helped in my swimming. I see I’m on the right track. My advice to whoever want to change or take up a new lifestyle, just do it and quietly. No one knew when I started going for swimming and now my daughter has joined me. I was at risk of heart problems due to high blood pressure and I’m now clear. Just do it!
