If you’re not sure you should be getting married, then there’s your answer right there DON’T DO IT! Your own children are asking you not to do it, and really, no woman should be so afraid to be alone that she marries a piece of human trash who ends up taking her money and her life. Where I come from that bastard would’ve been afraid to lay a hand on me! People move to France to find some kind of better life only to find out later on that their laws almost never have punishments which fits the crime. Just like Australia, Canada and the UK, France also has real “slap on the wrist” prison sentences which are a joke, although in recent years the UK has begun to give some real long term prison sentences although they barely believe in “life without parole” even for the most serious crimes against women and children.
All he wanted was $$$
Disgusting individual, he should be doing life in prison!

Basically, he had fun spending her money and he got away with murder so I guess it taste of honey is better than none at all
i appreciate this was a crime but:
01) sometimes people who want to end their lives do drive into bodies of water
02) they tend to pick places that are a) special to them or b) isolated and therefore not easily discovered
03) opening the window(s) obviously ensures quicker sinking, but is not always done
04) if not in a seatbelt (though they usually are), the body can end up in the back seat (see the accident involving kiely rodni). related: this can indicate someone had changed their minds but couldn’t get out
05) the car is not usually in neutral but is sometimes done by the person. it is a way to let fate do it for them instead of purely an act of themselves
06) not having water in the lungs does not always mean someone was dead before entering the water, dry drowning is a thing
i’m probably missing stuff but yeah. can some or all of these be suspicious? of course. should all of these be investigated as possible crimes? of course. but do people choose this method to end their own lives? yes.
