Flock Safety cameras are marketed as a tool to help police solve crimes, but Business Insider found that errors and failures to verify its alerts have put innocent people in harm’s way. We examined the records of one California city where in two years, 71% of 1,427 felony and stolen-vehicle alerts were misreads. Elsewhere, we identified drivers who’d been stopped, injured, or jailed after Flock leads went wrong. Flock says its alerts are investigative leads, not definitive proof.

96% accuracy (claimed by Flock) is way too low. If you are searching a database with 1,000,000 records, that’s still 40,000 false positives. Way too many false positives.
Someone should sue flock for false advertising.
It doesn’t matter. Every system has issues. But it’s basic common sense that you don’t abuse our citizens and threaten deadly force based on a digital blip. Not only confirmation is needed on the vehicle, but also confirmation you have the criminal. Otherwise, only minimal force necessary to achieve the goal and proceed with investigation.
Innocent victims experience physical and emotional trauma as well as the financial burdens of bail, court fees, and attorney costs.

This video highlights that police are supposed to verify that the flock camera has the right license plate. If you watch videos from the police perspective they say that flock has verified the license plate before flagging it. Who’s lying? Both police and flock? What’s it gonna take to find out?

Massive class action and individual lawsuits against the investors of each one, the owners of each one, the private equity and correlation owned, the servers, the companies contacted with – every one, every time until bankrupted. Flock is the sacrificial lamb, while Siobhan in the worst one which is axon. This surveillance working with datacenters working with palantir working with politicians and globalist wef to create the social credit china style dystopia. Those data centers are not gong up to just parse basic info, they’re there for complete surveillance and control and all info parsed and sent to the big guy palantir. 😮
Law enforcement don’t care!! Even if they are sued THEY won’t pay a DIME out of THEIR pockets! Their lawyer will even be paid for and THEY will get PAID OVERTIME to go to court! It’s called “CUFFS FOR CASH” within the law enforcement community! They still get “credit” for the “arrest/citation” which helps out their “numbers” so they can get them accolades/awards/raises/promotions!! And if the “arrest/citation” is later proven to be FALSE or ILLEGAL it doesn’t go AGAINST their records!! So they get REWARDED for this!! Until we abolish qualified immunity and make the INDIVIDUAL officers pay from THEIR pockets NOTHING WILL CHANGE!!

A mandatory 5 year state prison sentence for misusing the system would be a good start.
Who would ever think, a government agency, with unlimited power, unlimited funding, absolutely no responsibility, absolutely no accountability, with personel trained to deceive the public and policing for profit, would ever be corrupted.
Negligence on the cops side is a criminal offence and those cops need to be treated as criminals! They need to be charged and jailed!
