Caleb Flynn’s mother-in-law and sister-in-law testified Tuesday in Flynn’s murder trial, who is accused of fatally shooting his wife Ashley and staging a crime scene to make it appear she was killed by an intruder. Jill Smith testified that her two granddaughters appeared “nervous” after going on a walk with their father days after Ashley’s death. Smith’s other daughter Kayla Keyt also testified Tuesday about the girls finding out about their father’s affair.

Children are super intuitive and smart. Ive made mistakes and thought mynkids werent paying attention or just too naive to notice. And my kids range in age oldest 26, youngest 6. Theres 5 kids total. And I’ve learned i cant really get away with anything.❤ i love that intelligence that God instilled in them. It whips parents into shape if they allow it to.

Those girls live with the fact that their father murdered their mother rest of their lives. Mother is gone, father in jail.
They live with this as long as they live. I can’t even imagine how that feels and how much trauma they have to go through.

Next time you, man or woman, want to cheat on your spouse, think twice, think of the consequences. Every act has consequences. Those girls or their mother didn’t have a choice. They didn’t want this. A cheater makes a choice (and the person you cheat with) for too many people out of total egoism.

This is a tragedy on a mammoth scale. Should be a cautionary tale that sin doesn’t pay. The worst part is these two still on the worship team throughout this sordid mess and invoked the Lord’s guidance while planning this horrible scenario. People will deceive themselves to get what they want. I hope and pray for true repentance to take place as now they are suffering the consequences of their actions and rightly so.
