Some people do get them when they sell something to someone or even from stores when they get change. So not ALL peopke that have and try using them are criminals.. but if you say you gotnitnfrom the atm they can go tocthat atm and prove you wrong. Every bill that comes out ofnthe atm the serial number is scanned andnif you make a deposit at the atm it does the same thing
