Massachusetts mom Lindsay Clancy killed her three young children inside the family’s home in January 2023 before attempting to take her own life. Cora, 5, Dawson, 3, and Callan, 8 months, were found with exercise bands around their necks. Prosecutors contend Clancy intentionally strangled the children, while her defense argues she was suffering from severe postpartum depression and psychosis that left her unable to understand her actions. Jurors are expected to hear testimony from medical experts, investigators, and family members as they determine whether Clancy is criminally responsible for her children’s deaths.

Y en España no hay universidades privadas para ser médico todo pasa por una reglamentación estatal, y para acceder a la carrera de medicina tienes que obtener un número muy alto en selectividad con números clausus, no cualquiera accede
Por eso cuando en España un médico con especialidad obligatoria, hace un informe ante un juzgado es motivado
Otra cosa de este caso que me sorprende es la presunción de inocencia, juicio nulo, hay que volver a juzgar, y todo el mundo, también en España, se dice … Es que ha matado a 3 niños, eso revienta el cerebro de cualquiera, incluso yo mismo no lo puedo entender, y como? Y por qué? Es un caso social para revisar muchas cosas
