Hey failed lawyer and corrupt judicial system trump not a criminal fraud who attacked the capital or raped multiple American daughters right you criminal frauds and liars now

I know what would quell the concerns of both sides of this argument and possibly serve as a deterrent. This would also reduce the crowd noise in court and out, hopefully. It seems to me that the two main concerns are not to let a horrible, evil crime go unpunished and not to incarcerate someone that had no idea of what they were doing and have done. Of course, guidelines need to be in place concerning, “temporary insanity”, probably remove completely and possibly replaced with some sort of rage crime. This alone might make fraudsters think twice. If someone is truly found to be insane, logically, they wouldn’t know the terms of their incarceration or what walls hold them. Now for the fraudsters, hey 3yrs for killing someone or plural in this case, not bad, I can do that. The law would have to blanket this-which I’m normally against. Meaning, a mandatory year sentence, no excuses on clear guilty cases. Say, mmm, 20-25 years for proven fraudsters. I know if I were a criminal, that would deter me. (2 cents)

Depresion and psychosis do not dictate murder, there is still a mind making a desition. Lindsay Clancy is a female version of Chris Watts (the guy who shoved one of his children inside a small pipe while she was still alive). Chris Watts had to be somewhat depresed right? Before he made the desition to murder his wife and children, and he has to be a bit psychotic right? I mean you cant shove your babies inside a small pipe while they are still alive without being psychotic. You can also live a life as a psychotic and depresed, without not even knowing that you are, ergo never medicating yourself and still not kill anybody. There are also countles of psychotic junkies who take all kinds of drugs and self medicate and never kill anybody. Right? I was watching the ophra video, and i thought it must be embarasing that people need to google everything…what are they learning at school? Do they learn how to make babies but not how to use one? How does this thing work? I want out, this thing is broken, it wont stop crying. The system is raising everybody as some kind of humanoind monkeys, they are helping people develop only their instincts (reptilian brain) and their viceral or emotional brain, so its easier for the system to manipulate everybody. Thats why people need to google everything because they didnt learned shit in school. Just to make babies, and thats it. Intrusive thoughts are somewhat normal, wanting to kill people is somewhat “normal”, when something or someone frustrates you for example, that doesnt mean you actually want to do it, it only means that your body is telling you that something or someone frustrates you. But since we are being raised as humanoid monkeys we cant actually understand or know how to explain or express it, thats why people google it.

That male voice Lindsay Clancy says she heard, it said “do it now, or you wont have other chance” or something like that right? Did that male voice said that refering to specifically kill her children? Because “do it now” could refer to a lot of things. Like for example maybe that male voice was refering to go to the kitchen and make a tasty sandwich, “do it now, go to the kitchen and make a tasty sandwich, or you wont haver other oportunity”, or maybe the male voice was taking about cleaning the dirty laundry or something. Who gave the context (of killing the children) to that male voice? Lindsay clancy gaved that context, because the male voice wasnt specific about what he was refering to.
Was lindsay clancy posesed while she choked the life out of her children? Does the psychosis took over her body while she was strangling her kids? Was the psychosis making her watch while it strangled her children or did she blacked out? Does she remembers how her children sofocated by her hands? Did their thongues where out? Where they trying to gasp for air? How long did it took? Why does she cry now? Did she cryed while she was killing them? Those questions are important to get to the truth.
