The District attorney has fallen short of the agreement. It is not on the Wells family to turn over evidence that the DA is making it clear that they want to manipulate like everything else in this case. THEY have not done a lick of investigation because they are all linked together which is systemic oppression of tax payers a scam. IF they were investigating they would sit down together as promised.
Nancy, one thing you may be overlooking because there is typically a defense and prosecutor is that THIS case doesn’t have a stated defense. No defense wilk be reviewing the footage. Let’s be real here, Nolan’s family would still be the prosecution side. So essentially there is no defense attorney to review with. This is the family of the victim essentially. So why would the prosecutor NOT want the family & their legal team, to view that phone in unison? Why is THAT an “ISSUE” for the investigators and prosecutor if the common fair goal is to see if there’s any clues or evidence that helps establish some facts, truth, or information, that helps figure out what exactly happened? Why are the prosecutors trying to threaten his family FOR ANY REASON at all? THEY are very quick to defend their entire narrative of an accidental drowning while completely ignoring all the red flags we the public have pointed out that he may not have drowned or at least not accidentally. Why has an attorney who allegedly represents the guys seen evidence BEFORE any charges? Why is he even seeing ANYTHING? There are currently no charges or suspicions by law enforcement. Why is this attorney harassing content creators on tiktok in an attempt to asserr the narrative law enforcement had chosen to create and stand by, while simultaneously baiting content creators who simply have opinions about the narrative? Why is he launching harrassment of these people to create defamation suits against them, using his office and title although there’s no defense that exists as named suspects? We’re not going to be quiet about THIS CASE just because it involves Wealthy families. I’d think by now Mr. Crump and his legal team have obtained a substantial amount of information and evidence that is going to show a completely different narrative than what their orchestrated effort of misinformation has done. Truth will prevail no matter WHO doesn’t like it.
