That was a smart decision on his part to differ from creating an incident that invited a media frenzy by suggesting a seemingly more extreme punishment than face the wrath of the courts on their terms, which would most certainly be more severe. Coupled with additional comments and speculation on whether or not the punishment was severe enough by the press. I think he dodged a bullet on this one. He is still is able to drive his golf cart. Which he can still operate while under the influence over 15 mph. 😄
Not a real penalty. He can easily get a driver and chill out. Not like the rest of us. This is not a real punishment
Hope he gets help and stays off the road
